it is just an electrical signal

so will just contact at the nerve with conductor

when looking at your block diagram: the block denoted as "Chip" - is this meant to be the ST25RU3993 or a tag chip?

it is just an pure conductor and will be attached on the neuron

ST25RU3993 can talk to passive or to battery assisted passive RFID tags only.
