I am using ST25R3916 Discovery board to tag testing purpose and I am using ST25PC-NFC feature of discovery GUI. Even though I am able to start USB mode on Discovery board ( I can see that display on discovery board shows USB mode enabled ) but GUI does not detect the device. If i try to update the firmware it shows DFU driver issue. How can I solve this issue?

Hi,

there are 2 USB connectors on the Discovery motherboard:

  • J1 User USB (micro USB for connection to the PC GUI)
  • J2 STLink USB (mini USB for debug)

See figure 5 in UM2358 Getting started with ST25R3916-DISCO. Make sure to use the micro USB (User USB). Also, check the default configuration (see §4.2 in UM2358 Getting started with ST25R3916-DISCO).
