STEVAL-25R200SA unable to connect

I have connected the STEVAL-25R200SA via micro-USB to the computer however the device is not identified.  Is there any virtual com port driver needed for this and if so can someone provide what it is that I am missing.

Hi,

did you install the GUI for it? STSW-ST25R019 should bring all necessary drivers.
