Discovery Board not detected on my Laptop with Windows11

Hello, I have bought the new STM32F407 DICOVERY BOARD and installed the STSW-LINK009 driver. 
The board is not getting detected as an unknown USB device or ST-LINK. The green LED on the board near the USB port lit.

I changed the USB port, USB Cable, changed the PC, and changed the board, but still it does not work.

Have you tried another USB cable, and another PC ?
