ST32L5-discovery problem with connect to stlink

I try to connect by usb cable via stm32cubeprogrammer to new board but windows not see any st-link interface. older st-link v2 work fine but this on boad interfave not work. 
Com's led light on green and red colour. led 5VLD12 on green display work - whats wrong ?

Did you try update the ST-Link firmware to the latest version and using STM32CubeProgrammer?

Thank you for your reply.

I have the latest version of the programmer installed, but when I connect the Discovery board to my Windows system, no device is detected – the programmer also doesn’t recognize it.

However, when I connect my old ST-LINK V2 dongle, both the system and the programmer detect it without any issues. This problem only occurs with the Discovery board.

Hi @tomee,

Maybe you have COM port conflicts!

Check the jumpers on the board and make sure that they are set correctly. 

Did you try connecting under reset mode?
