32F469IDSICOVERY - STLINK USB not detected on the PC

I purchased a 32F469IDSICOVERY board and I connected it to the PC using a Type A - MINI B cable to the USB STLINK port. The board is powered normally (LD5 is RED) and the demo application worked fine but the board itself is not detected on the PC at all and the enumeration is not started on the PC (LD6 is blinking RED forever). It is the first use of the board. What could be the problem? Note: JP2 is connected to STLINK position(default setting) . JP5 is closed (default setting). OS: WIN10.
