About VREFBUF Characteristics, Degraded Mode

I would like to know the lower limit of the voltage at which the ADC can maintain accuracy, but I don't know the next mode.

What are the degradation modes of VREFBUF characteristics in the STM32G031x4/x6/x8 data sheet?

Also, what are the conditions for being in this mode?
