Any new Nucleo boards this year?

Hi everyone, I just wondered if anyone is privy to information if STMicroelectronics is still in the maker business, that is do they plan any new Nucleo boards for hobbyists this year? Or maybe that was too much hassle for the company and not worth it apart from the initial kick start?

I'm dreaming of a new board with Nucleo-32 format but with a 48-pin chip so that none of the 30 board pins are NC or if it had a few pins more. If anyone is aware of STM32L4/L4+ chips on boards of the nano format produced by some other manufacturer that would be a great help too.

The reason I'm asking is because I might have to buy a dozen of boards like Nucleo-L432KC, since they are closest to what my ideal board would be, but I wondered if it makes sense to wait a little longer if anything was in the pipeline...

    Hi @kj.obara​ ,

    Just as an example: NUCLEO-L4P5ZG was delivered with the announcement of NEW STM32L4P5xx/L4Q5xx devices on March this year (see details).

    So ST continuous to make such boards :)

    The exhaustive list of boards from ST or third parties can be found on https://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/stm32-mcu-mpu-eval-tools.html.

    I recommend you to use the "Product Selector" to fine tune the selection and apply filters depending on your needs.

    If you still "dream" of a board that is not there, I suggest you to submit it in "Idea Zone" (use the category "STM32 MCUs generic").

    Pretty sure Ive seen feather and nano type boards in my travels.​
