Are daughter boards for Eval boards available?

I'm looking for prototyping daughterboards for the STM32H757I-Eval boards. Is that something that is readily available or are we on our own for building those?

If I need to build my own boards, what is the best connectors for those male pins located on the board? They seem like a tight pitch and isn't something I'm familiar with.
