B-L4S5I-IOT01A Pin Failure

Dear Team,

 I have Tried to flash B-L4S5I-IOT01A board I not able connect the board the I will verify U14 LDO supply

if JP5 -jumper is placed LDO input show 2.6v and Output 1.6V in multimeter

else JP5 - jumper is not placed LDO shows 5v and Output 3.3v in multimeter.

then Controller is more heat produced but if we are using U13 external power supply means working fine.

if any controller pin failure? how to figure out that?
