Can I quickly verify SWD debug interface with ST-LINK/V2?

I want to quickly verify the SWD debug interface of my new H7 MCU. These is no firmware can be downloaded to MCU so that I need to just verify the MCU and debug can work. It is pure hardware test.

    Open STM32CubeProgrammer and try to connect to the chip.

    I just installed STM32CubeProgrammer tool on my PC. I can not open it after a very short start screen.

    Let's pretend I can't see what's happening on your computer.
    Why can't you open it? What happens? Do you see error messages? Did you follow the instructions of those messages?
