can ST Link /V2 support ARM9 as programmer

we are using two micro controller one is nucleo L4R5ZI Board with STlink on board can be used as independent programmer and 2nd is ARM9 . we want to use this ST link programmer to program a ARM9 processor. is it possible? is STLink support older version of ARM like ARM9

Stlink probes can be used together with OpenOCD. OpenOCD knows ARM9.
