Can't auto-start Nucleo-F756 with the external power input

Hello,

We encountered that Necleo-F756 could not auto-start program with the E5V(+5V), VDD(+12V) external power input.

but it can auto start with USB (ST-Link) power input. I think there is something wrong with the settings. Our setting is below. Could you give me any advice?

[Settings]

1. Power input : +5V =>  CN11 pin 6 (E5V) , J3 jumper connect between 2 and 1 (E5V) ,  JP1 no jumper.

2. STM32CubeProbgrammer :  check Run after Programing

 

I attached the Excel file for the details of the Nucleo setting, NRST wave and  STM32CubeProgrammer setting.
