Can't Install ST-LINK utility see error below

    No, I looked online and saw other people had similar problems with InstalShield software but nothing worked. I had to re-install Windows 10 and that fixed it.

    I advise you to refer to the UM0892 User manual STM32 ST-LINK utility software description, section : "Installing the STM32 ST-LINK utility".
