Cannot download STLink update tool

Hi,

I'm trying to download the STLink update tool: https://www.st.com/en/development-tools/stsw-link007.html#get-software

Unfortunately, whenever I press the "Get latest" button I am requested to login, even though I am logged in currently. I reproduced the error in Google Chrome as well as Firefox. The alternative way by getting the download-link sent to you by e-mail doesn't work as well. No email is received, which I also reproduced with different email addresses.

Could you give me a hint what I am doing wrong, or, if it's a problem on your end, fix the download process?

Tried to download right now and it works.  MS Edge on Windows 11.
