CCA02M2 Quick Start Mics not Recognized

Hello I am working on a group project in which we have a Nucleo-H723ZG and a CCA02M2 expansion board. We attempted to follow this quick start guide: https://www.st.com/resource/en/product_presentation/x-nucleo-cca02m2_quick_start_guide.pdf 

 

However, at step 8 we cannot get the expansion board to be recognized as a microphone device on our computer. We do have a different Nucleo board than the guide, but not know what is going wrong.

Did you follow the steps in UM1901?

This Manual will help you in the Hardware and software configuration, and how to recognize the device as a standard USB microphone.
