Connection lost issue during firmware packages downloading in stm32CubeMX

I am using STM32CubeMX and keil 5 to program my Nucleo-32 board. When I try to download firmware packages in STM32CubeMX, it shows the connection lost issue. Here is the snapshot attached. I have tried to log in but again it shows connection lost error. What should be the solution to this problem?
