Could not programme external NOR flash.

I have developed an External Loader File for STM32F756

I could not programme NOR flash with External Loader which I developed with ST Link Uitlity & ST Cube Programmer.

Read Write functions are modified according to STM32F756 HAL library.

Please check & suggest if any changes required in it.
