Either: Nucleo board NUCLEO-L552ZE-Q as a basic board:

    Or the evaluation board STM32L552E-EV

    with a superset feature:

For more details refer to their respective links.

You can also use STM32CubeMx for fast search of the available boards to your device:

As always, go to the Product Page, then look on the 'Tools & Software' tab:

Not every part has a development board

Perhaps use the NUCLEO as a proxy

    https://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/nucleo-l552ze-q.html

BoM for the boards can be found under the "CAD Resources" tab of the product page.

ST often uses -U parts which are licensed slightly differently due to them being in dev boards rather than commercial equipment/boards

TR typically means tape-n-reel, so parts on a reel rather than a tray

You can always fab or find break-out boards for various IC form factors. Also lots of options on AliExpress, TaoBao for example.
