I am working on STM32F745IG. Please let me know if you know any development board or adapter board which supports to STM32F745IG. Your suggestions will be appreciated.

There are no ST dev boards that use a STM32F745IGx. You can verify this by going into CubeMX and looking for chips with this prefix. You'll see none of them have a board listed.

The F476 is mostly the same as the F475 except for the LCD controller. There are a number of boards to choose from that have this MCU:

• NUCLEO-F746ZG
• STM32F746G-DISCO
• STM32746G-EVAL2

Not really explained your purpose, or why other things wouldn't be a sufficiently good proxy.

Perhaps there are some flight controller boards, or just a simple LQFP176 break-out board you couldn't just wire up
