DiscoF4 - is R31 populated on RevE or not?

Schematics say, it is populated on Rev.B and Rev.E,  but not populated on Rev.C and Rev.D:

If it is populated on Rev.E, UM1472 fails to mention that in the revisions changelog:

And in any case, absence of R31 in Revs. C and D should be mentioned in conjunction with SB18 in Table 6. Solder bridges.

PS. Please restore the schematics (of the last rev.) in the UM, for convenience of the users. Please add links to schematics for the older revs. into the UM. When updating the UM, please don't use the bad "modern feel and look" color scheme.
