"Error in initializing ST-LINK device. Reason: No device found on target." STM32H743IIT6

I desinged a custom board using STM32H743IIT6. But I can't Debug it.

• Reset is pulled high
• Boot0 is pulled low
• VDD is stable at 3..28V at all desired pins of the board
• VCAP 1&2 connected to 2.2uF capacitors...
• VDDA is 3.28V, VSSA is Grounded
  
  I tried manything but I couldn't debug it. Using ST-LinkV2.

Some recommendations:

• use STM32CubeProgrammer
• make a firmware upgrade for ST-Link
• review the hardware getting started AN4938
• 2 articles to consider:

  • How to solve debugger connection issues
