eStore Credit Card Charging

I ordered a stm32h755zi nucleo board from stm estore but my concern is after ordering $1 was charged and my card was a debit visa card. since my order is confirmed then when will the rest of the money I have to pay 
i need a bit help about that if there anyone from st microelectronics then please help me it was my first order from st estore

Not sure who is responsible for the e-Store or your location. In the USA this is typically serviced by Mouser.

Things like the NUCLEO-H755ZI will typically require an export related disclosure, due to the crypto.

In my case it's also mouser but I ordered from visa debit card so they won't be able to charge at will but I am also unaware when I have to pay the rest

I suspect it's like a gas station, basically does a probing transaction to confirm, and refund/rebill when the box ships.
