EVSPIN32F0601S3 kit

Hello, I recently purchased the EVSPIN32F0601S3 board and tried debugging via onboard ST-link, debugger could not connect with the main IC. I then connected the AC supply to the board, on turning on the supply the board just blew up.

Kindly help me to understand why the board blew up,

Is there any reference manual or startup guide for the board?

Any details on the onboard jumpers?
