Facing a Problem with the ST-link utility Application

Hello every one!!!!

I am facing a problem when I am opening the ST-link utility 

I have attached a file with screen shot please help me to solve the issue

I have downloaded and installed the packages and I have successfully opened the ST-link utility its working now.
