Firmware Update error on stm32f446re board

I am trying to update the firmware using stm32cubeide using STLinkUpgrade 3.3.4. However the tool is not able to connect to the hardware. What could be the issue?0693W000007CIGTQA4.pngHost Pc: Ubuntu 18.04.

    Is there connection to STLink at all? What does lsusb say?

    As first aid restart PC , change usb port and cable and use the latest drivers .. Take a look also at this link
