Hi Could anyone advise a temperature profile to use for the STM32G071GBU6 MCU

Trying to identify the best temperature profile to ensure an optimum solder flow and resulting solder connection.

You can look on the application note AN2639 :"Soldering recommendations and package information for Lead-free ECOPACK MCUs and MPUs".

There is some useful information for the reflow.
