Hello. I was recently advised that STM32F103C8T6 and STLINK-V3MINIE should be soldered directly without an adapter.

VCC with 3V3
GND with GND

SWDCLK with CLK

SWDIO with ?

This is not true. Using CN4 and a cable to a header on the board is the most common and often the best method.

SWDIO should be connected to pin 3, "TMS".

I don't understand what CN4 is. Is it some kind of adapter? If so, what does it look like?

    Again, see the User Manual:

It's a 14-pin header which mates with a standard ribbon cable.

@hafiqat_ However, you should be aware that you should buy the STM32F103C8T6 from authorised sources, otherwise the risk of getting counterfeits is almost 100%.

Problem: STMicroelectronics and its software cannot support them, which is why problems regularly occur when debugging and working (very often found here in the community). In such a case, you would have to contact the dealer or the manufacturer of the counterfeit.
