How do I create a project for STM32F7 with Ethernet and LwIP stack working?

I suggest you to take a look at this exemple. Also, you can find other exemples using other STM32F7 such as the STM32F769I-Discover and the STM32F769I_EVAL.

Also, this tutorial should be a good start with ethernet.
