How to report bug in ST-Link GDB server?

Hello,

I've reported my problem with ST-Link GDB server here:

but thread evolves and it more and more look like a real bug in ST-Link GDB server.

Since absolutely nobody replied, I'm curious how to report the issue as a bug to ST development team.
