How to turn on the Touch LCD in STM32F429i-EVAL 1 board

Hi, I am new to STM32 board. I have been trying to turn on the touch LCD in STM32F29i-EVAL board but even when I I connected the board to power supply, it is simply blank white screen. I have tried configuring the pins as per mentioned in the Reference manual but no use. Can anyone help me how to configure it? Is there something I am missing? 

I am using Keil uVision software. Thank you.
