How to view the manual for HSE

Hello,

I purchased a soldering crystal for X3 according to the BOM list,HMsDobby2_0-1713509210530.png

but it seems that the X4 on the board is the same product.

Where is the X4 used?

I checked UM2407 User Manual and STM32H742xI/G, STM32H743xI/G datasheets,

but couldn't find it.

Plus, Is it correct that the MCO (default) from STLINK-V3E uses the X1 source?

Thank you.

    Is this a follow-on from:

    https://community.st.com/t5/stm32-mcus-products/setting-up-hse-on-nucleo-h743zi2-development-board/td-p/662554

    So you're talking about NUCLEO-H743ZI2 ?

You can  see that in the schematics:

Also from the picture of the board:

It wouldn't be in the chip datasheet because it's not part of the chip - it's external.
It's beyond the scope of a chip datasheet.

    Again, see the board schematics:

(so, actually, it's not just a crystal - it's an oscillator).

Also, from that board picture, X1 is adjacent to the ST-Link chip - so it will be the crystal (rather, the clock source) for that chip:

You can download the schematics from the 'CAD Resources' tab on the Product Page:
