I can't download the stsw-link009 software from the website.

If I go to :https://my.st.com/content/my_st_com/en/products/development-tools/software-development-tools/stm32-software-development-tools/stm32-utilities/stsw-link009.license=1544612890666.product=STSW-LINK009.version=2.0.1.html

I'm not able to download the product. I logged in with the account that i can download other stuff with like the stm32cube. This is not working for this link. Using other browsers of computers doesnt work.

Could someone tell me what the problem is.
