I cannot install STM32 ST-LINK Utility v4.3.0 setup

I cannot install STM32 ST-LINK Utility v4.3.0 setup, error(attach screenshot).

I Use Windows 10 64bit.

Can who experienced such a pain? From whom normally works STM32 ST-LINK Utility running Windows 10?

Run installer "As Administrator" or check other options/policies that might preclude installation, ie external USB device. Determine if AV software is interfering with machine operation.

If this is a managed PC have the "IT" people review settings/logs.
