I have a problem with the installation stlink v3

on my PC ( windows 7 pro - 32 bit) . After installing the driver

stsw - 009 ( for windows 7 ) and connect stlink , in device manager

is usb composite device and properties-> error code 10 ,

(PWR led is green and COM led is green)

What to do with it ?
