I tried to setup the stm32cubeIde debug as option without connecting hardware but it shows , error initializing ST-Link device , reason: ST-link dll error, please help me solving this ?

I am using Stm32 f446re nucleo-64 with stm32cubeide but haven't connected the board yet, to solve the above problem I tried installing St-link stsw-link007 and St-link stsw-link009 the st-link/v2 driver but even that didn't help . please suggest a proper solution.
