Is it possible to have the PCB layout of STM32F469i-DISCO in Altium?

I found the Allegro layout of the STM32F469i-DISCO (MB1065C ) but I cannot import it in Altium. There is all the schematic in Altium but the layout in Allegro. Altium require the ASCII (*.ALG) file format to be imported. Any help will be very much appreciated.

Unfortunately, we do not have Altium files for this design.

But, there is a plan to port our boards layout to Altium.
