Is there anyway to flash and debug a stm32G474RE with a stlinkv2 probe?

STlinkV3 is currently not supported correctly by the stlink linux utility

I would like to use the stlinkv2.

Current texans/stlink has some additions for V3. Other programs (stm32cubeprogrammer, pyocd, ocd and bl*ckm*g*c hosted) support V3.
