macOS STM32CUBEIDE not connecting to st-link

I just installed the st-link server that comes with the cubeIDE and dragged the cubeIDE app to the applications folder. My code compiles fine, but when I try to debug it, it just shows me the following error:

ST-Link enumeration failed

Error in initializing ST-LINK device.

Reason: ST-LINK DLL error.

Any help on that ?
