For educational purpose, I want to make a STM32F103 board.

I'm going to design, make, and sell them.

To use ST's reference project also, the nucleo schematic can be the best reference.

If I make a STM32F103 board based on nucleo schematic (remove STLINK, addh LED and some other user in/out components),

is there any copy-right issue or other problem ?

There are zillions of F103 boards out there. Design and make is a good exercise, but selling them will take more than the bare will to do so, BluePill board start at a very low price!
