MCU keep heating and I couldn't connect with ST Link

I have a PCB design for STM32F446RE, but after I soldered all the decouple capacitors, the BOOT0 pull down and the MCU, I tried to power it and connect with ST-LINK v2. But the MCU keeps heating and I can't connect. I've searched many times for short circuits and I couldn't find any. What may I am doing wrong? P.s: : I know that the Crystal Circuit is wrong

VCAP_1 to VDD doesn't sound like a good plan

Should have a 4U7 capacitor for the internal 1.2V regulator

Thanks a lot! I found a way to cut the VDD connection to VCAP_1 in my PCB and now my mcu works fine and stopped heating.

And this what I found in the datasheet and it's clearly right. There is NO VDD in the VCAP capacitor!
