Minimal connection to program STM32F030R8 with STLink

Greetings People,

I have bought STM35F030R8 and was wondering how to connect it with STLink to program the target MCU. I have Discovery F0 board which i can use as STLink programmer. Any guide to connect STM32F030R8 to STLink will be of great help.
