''No ST-LINK detected'' when connecting with stm32f401 board

I have an stm32f401vc discovery card, I can't download and debug the code you can find the error in this picture

 

when I connected the card to my pc here is what I found in the Device manager

I worked on this card for a long time and this is the first time that I find this error

the most shocking thing that the serial port works

it seems that the driver is not installed or installed incorrectly. VCPort(com8) is not stlink for debug. Only mini USB side of the board must be connected to PC.

Download drivers from here ..

maybe the cable is damaged no ?
