I am using Nucelo-F767ZI for the products under development.

If you need a flame retardant grade report for the board, please contact us.

I checked the site, but I can't find the PCB material report and flame retardant rating report, so I'm asking this.

Welcome, @JYun.5​, to the community!

NUCLEO boards are exclusively intended to be used for evaluating the respective STM32, for writing own software and thus for development until the own hardware has been developed. A flame retardant grade report should only be necessary for the own device, but according to the Evaluation Board Terms Of Use (also to be found on the NUCLEO-F767ZI website) no NUCLEO may be used in this own device..
