There is no mention of MCP3208 on either the schematic or the BoM.

MCP3208 is a 12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) from Microchip - details here:

You need to go back to that Distributor and ask them what they were talking about!

As noted, there is no "MCP3208 module" on this board.

Again, it's a Microchip product (not ST)  so you might have to go to a different distributor - one which carries Microchip parts...
