As title says NUCLEO-H753ZI product page has no link to MB1364-H753ZI-E01 Schematics,

only MB1364-H753ZI-C01.

Thank you so much for reporting this. 
For the first question, I will escalate a request to the concerned team to add the schematic on the webpage of the product. But for now, it is available on the webpage of the NUCLEO-H743ZI2.

For the second one, I've requested internally to add the NUH753ZI$AT3 on the next doc release (under internal ticket number 207540).
