Nucleo-n657x0-q: CubeProgrammer Can't connect via ST-LINK or UART

Hi

i have issue with my nucleo -n657x0-q board, i couldn't connect to it neither ST-LINK or UART the Boot0,Boot1 jumpers are 1,0 respectively.

 

Any idea?

With Boot0,Boot1= 0,0 or 1,1, user should be able to connect to nucleo-n657x0-q with ST-LINK.

With Boot0,Boot1= 1,0, user should be able to connect to nucleo-n657x0-q with UART.
