Nucleo STM32F411RE

After I load my code ( with help of IDE) into NUCLEO MCU via USB cable, I'd like to disconnect it (disconnect USB cable) and power NUCLEO with battery(s) or external power supply ( lets say 3V or 5V).

Is there any PDF where to read ? Or brief explanation please
