On board stlink was not working in stm32 value line discovery.

When i try to connect the stm32 value line discovery board i face this kind of error please any one help me to rectify these error.

In that value line board i removed the jumper & try to communicate the mcu with external stlink debugger that time also i am unable to communicate.

The old "value line discovery" had the first version (V1) of the ST-Link, which was (is) quite messed up. Versions from V2 on were not not backward compatible.

Check that your unnamed toolchain actually supports V1.
