P-L496G-CELL02: No Welcome Message in Tera Term, no Voucher Cod

Hi! I wanted to start with P-L496G-CELL02. I followed all instructoins from website (video), I have Drivers etc. installed, but in Tera Term I have not got any welcome messages, even my Voucher Cod, so I can't add a new board on https://stm32-c2c.comI have connected the Board with STLink in Tera Term, but Tera Term does realy nothing else.

I have allready did a many tries, different settings but nothing helps...

If it is still the original FW does UART speed is 9600 ?

Hi! It is still the original FW, speed is 9600, but actually I have allready tried the other UART speeds, too, and I tried many different settings, different version of Tera Term, etc. With STM32CubeProgrammer I can read (by Memory & File edition), that the Welcome Message is on the board, but by Voucher Code I can see just %s.

I followed the instructions from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b2-37F7wcaI . I use Windows 10 64bit. I have Java 64bit and 32bit, too.

Anyhow I want to get this Code to test all this featrures of the Board and the Cloud system etc., but actually I have an own SIM Card, too, so it has to work anyway without this Code, too. Could you link my maybe a User Manual about how to get this boad easy to work with my own SIM Card?
